  This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. The airconditioning was brillant and we hada frigde in thr room and an area with a table to eat our breakfast, the breakfast was left in the everyday which includes crossant... vad folk säger » s , bread, yougharts , freshly made cakes , ham cheese& breadsticks and crackers , rice cakes. Thre was a coffe machine in the room and a kettle a - The best thing about daysleeper is the service. Francesco the owner couldn't have been more friendly and provided us with an annotated map straight away so we could find our own way round easily. There is plenty of food provided for breakfast and for snacks later on in the day. A great place to stay if you are looking for clean, simple and friendly accommodation at a great price. The location is really handy being close enough to walk to the station and to the colosseum, or to nearby metro stat

  The B&B is located really close (10 minutes walk) to Vatican main entrance (Saint Peter), and this is good if you want to visit Vatican on early morning. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and the metro station (Octaviano) is at 30 meters from the B&B entrance (which is great btw). The B&B is clean and good for a B&B.   We enjoyed everything about our stay at San Lorenzo Rooms. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome. His advice and directions were excellent, especially his recommendation to visit Villa d'Este on our final day. He showed us t - San Lorenzo Rooms was just what we were looking for. It was well priced, the owner was was friendly and accommodating, it was smart and clean and it was near the railway station (albeit the other side from Rome's main attractions). We would return.

  This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business... Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai

  The room was very nicely decorated. There was well-working airconditioning and wifi. It is very close to the Vatican, and to Castel sant' angelo. The owner is very friendly.
