The deal we got for the hotel on LetsBookHotel.com was very good, and it was fantastic to have air conditioning, a comfortable, clean room, and a pool.   This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. Francesco the owner couldn't have been more friendly and provided us with an annotated map straight away so we could find our own way round easily. There is plenty of food provided for breakfast and for snacks later on in the day. A great place to stay if you are looking for clean, simple and friendly accommodation at a great price. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome.   This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business...
