  The hotel is really nice! I often travel a lot (business purpose)so I have seen a lot of hotels and I hope i could have a correct opinion on what somebody expects... New,nice, very clean. I really advise this hotel to those how would like to take some relax and peace. The SPA is enormous and very nice. We have really enjoyed our sta - This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and were upgraded to a suite as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. The suite had 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a full size hot tub and a kingsize circular bed. The breakfast was amazing with a vast array of choices. The pools and facilities were top class and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

  This hotel was a perfect retreat. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon as reviews suggested it was quiet and beautiful. Those reviews were not wrong. The hotel sits on the mountain above Malcesine and is a short bus or taxi ride (15 mins by bus, 10 by taxi) Being outside the town meant that the hotel sits in a quiet location with no traffic pa... vad folk säger » ssing by or noisy tourists. Tranquil and elegant. The room had a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains which was beautiful. The room was equipp - A perfect retreat. Very peaceful and some simply fantastic views over the lake and the mountains. Good breakfasts and staff very attentive. The pool and hot tub were great and there were plenty of sun beds. The hotel has an evening menu which is limited and there is also a small restaurant opposite, go inside to see the menu. We also found that our satnav took us the most direct route up to the hotel which if we stayed on the main road was less scary. The room and the hotel were well furnished.

  We loved the nearby cable-lift up to the mountains of the Dolomites. Also in summer there is a great view and many possibilities for walking or to make a trip. - This is our third visit. It always feels more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. Very warm, welcoming staff.

  Nice and big room, very good breakfast, hot water in the swimming pool (37 - 39˙C), no reception at the spa thermal area (short way from the room to the swimming pool), big outdoor pool (connected to the indoor), golf course nearby - Staff were very friendly, nice warm atmosphere.   Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!   The location was perfect, next to the lake and the shopping streets (although Garda was a bit disappointing for shopping). The restaurant at the hotel was excellent (both à la carte and the fixed menu), a real gourmet suprise, which easily compares to restaurants in many 5-star hotels. We didn't try out the outdoor pool as the weather in April was still a bit too cold, but the indoor pool was very nice. We staye - Staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was fairly small & basic BUT very clean, comfortable with comfy pillows & bed linen & understated. Bathroom was small but the shower was big. Overall was very comfortable and provided the little touches you need. The terrace for breakfast was beautiful, overlooking the garden and the breakfast itself was very good. Lovely surroundings, beautiful gardens and relaxing terraces. Great staff, good bar. Very very close to shopping and rest
