  Hotel was exceptionally clean. Beautiful location, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront but quiet and out of the way. Lots of nice touches like fresh flowers in the room and a tealight being lit while you were out in the evening. Good breakfast - Friendly and Relaxed. Good food.

  Hotellrummet var fräscha och bra, familjen på fyra bäddade ner sig I tvådubbelsängar utan problem. Fräscht badrum. Väldigt fint poolområde. - everything, especialy complex totaly, garden, pool.. - The hotel was wonderful: clean, the breakfast was excellent and they had nice activities for the kids every night.

  This hotel was a perfect retreat. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon as reviews suggested it was quiet and beautiful. Those reviews were not wrong. The hotel sits on the mountain above Malcesine and is a short bus or taxi ride (15 mins by bus, 10 by taxi) Being outside the town meant that the hotel sits in a quiet location with no traffic pa... vad folk säger » ssing by or noisy tourists. Tranquil and elegant. The room had a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains which was beautiful. The room was equipp - A perfect retreat. Very peaceful and some simply fantastic views over the lake and the mountains. Good breakfasts and staff very attentive. The pool and hot tub were great and there were plenty of sun beds. The hotel has an evening menu which is limited and there is also a small restaurant opposite, go inside to see the menu. We also found that our satnav took us the most direct route up to the hotel which if we stayed on the main road was less scary. The room and the hotel were well furnished.

  Vi var på genomresa och stannade 3 nätter. Hotellet är fantastiskt trevligt att bo på. Det ligger i ett lugnt område och det är tyst på kvällarna. Det är rent och snyggt överallt, ute och inne. Det vi uppskattade mest var att personalen hade en så familjär stämning till oss gäster. Även om vi ankom sent så ordnade de middag mm.   We loved the nearby cable-lift up to the mountains of the Dolomites. Also in summer there is a great view and many possibilities for walking or to make a trip. - This is our third visit. It always feels more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. Very warm, welcoming staff.

  Nice and big room, very good breakfast, hot water in the swimming pool (37 - 39˙C), no reception at the spa thermal area (short way from the room to the swimming pool), big outdoor pool (connected to the indoor), golf course nearby - Staff were very friendly, nice warm atmosphere.   The hotel is modern, with spacious rooms by European standards. We used it for a single night for a trip into Venice without having to pay a high price for a room. The restaurant in the facility was excellent, one of best meals while in Italy.
