It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable.

You really need to put "location for visiting important sites" to your list above. And "charm" - this place offered a great location for visiting Villa Romana del Casale near Piazza Armerina. There was also amazing shopping possibilities for ceramics.This place offered both comfort and charm and the history of this house itself was interesting. The host and staff were very accommodating and pleasant as has been our experience throughout Sicily!
