  Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

  We stayed in Maison Borella for five nights. It was a very comfortable hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, nice location (right along the canal). The area seems pretty dead in the morning, but it starts to wake up in the late afternoon and evening.   Perfect quiet location. No activities for children. We were glad there were only adults. The food is of very high class but still at a reasonable price. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There is a short walking distance (trafic no problem for adults who are fully mobile) to town ,Laveno where you will find traditional Italian resturants -... vad folk säger » but avoid the pizza on the market square, even for lunch. We had a totally magnificent holiday for 5 days, totally relaxed luxury. Would like to come - This was quite a surprise because the outside does not impress but the inside is very well done with modern fixtures. We were very impressed with the restaurant especially the degustation menu. The owners are doing it up so the outside will probably be modernized during the quiet season.

  Stayed at the Hotel Europa for a week on our first trip to Italy and Lake Garda. Absolutely perfect. I’d booked a room with a lake view so we could look out at the lake every morning and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel’s just a few steps from the edge of the lake in a very peaceful area but not too far from the bustling town of Sirmione. Nice swimming pool or you can swim in the lake if you’re - The hotel staff were very accommodating and would go out of their way to help you. There is free use of bikes at the hotel to discover the routes around the lake and also to visit the local vineyards and surrounding areas. The breakfast was excellent which set you up for the rest of day.
