  Very kind and professional staff, excellent location on lake shore, huge room and bathroom, fabulous breakfast spread (enormous choice of different foods), large secure parking lot - Excellent hotel surrounding. Good service and cosy atmosphere.

  General all round cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities including bedroom, grounds, and an immaculately clean pool and poolside! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Rita who was generous enough to take us to the hospital and translate in an emergency. This was very much appreciated. Beach is 5 minutes. Marina, yacht school and windsurf stations close by the Residence. The old center and ferry station is not far away. Perfect location and good value for money

  First of all - the way to the hotel is one of the beautiful ways I've ever drove in...it's a little bit far from Garda lake but worth the drive!!! The view is amazing - surrounded with green forest with nothing else around. The room was realy big and well furnished. All the food (we ate there breakfast and supper) is home made so it was really gre... vad folk säger » at. very recommended place!!! - There you may feel the real quietness and close to the nature. Must visit the restaurant of Bagnolo and ensure yourself why they got 2 stars of Michelin. Wifi connection is available not only in the lobby but also in the rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly !
