The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if
we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is
very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is
10/10, just on the banks of the river. The breakfast is very good if
you like Italian breakfast, if you like warm food for breakfast you will

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic

My husband and I booked Hotel Europa for the last leg of our honeymoon
and ended up adding an extra night last minute do to an issue at another
hotel. Booking here was one of the best decisions we made on our whole
trip. The hotel and small town of Sorico was absolutely charming. Mattia
was extremely helpful in planning the ins and outs of our time there. He
had current ferry and bus schedules available which saved us a ton of

Everything was perfect. Great accommodation (even the extra bed was great, not just pull-out couch that you normally see). Very good breakfast with quality products. Restaurant was also great, 4* quality with 2* prices. Private parking, AC that works all day even if you are not in the room , fridge and even an ergonomic pillow !! I would recommend

The place is like a dream. The location of the hotel (city center of a lovely old town) is just great, the view from the restaurant very romantic. The rooms are very comfortable/big. The personnel unusual friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to the Garda lake, good pizzeria in Solferino. Close to very good aqua park and Garda Land.

This is an exceptional family owned & operated hotel, easily accessible by train from Milan.. The family & staff take great pride in this resort which is right on Lake Como. Wonderful location in Bellano (which is usually a quiet village) right on the lakeside. Our room opened onto a balcony that had the lake lapping right underneath it. Great dining room with big picture windows onto lake. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to order by the owner!

Mycket mysigt och familjevänligt hotell med bra personal! Vi hyrde en trevlig lägenhet med kök och loft och hade tillgång till utemöbler. Restaurangen är mycket mysig och maten prisvärd och god. Barnen kände sig mycket välkomna och träffade många kompisar! Bra läge nära underbara Gardasjön. -

Cavril Agriturismo is beautifully built in amongst a family vinyard. Laura is very professional and accommodating. The restaurant serves delicious organic products from the farm and surrounding along with their own magnificient wine. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay extremely memorable and comfortable. They were also very helpful with advice on where to go and visit and places to eat. The hotel is in a great loction right on the lake with bars, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again. -
