  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). Cavour metro station is at about 2 minutes walk too).. The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

  Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge. Maurizio, the hotel receptionist, was very helpful, friendly and warm.... vad folk säger » He made us feel very welcome. We particularly appreciate him helping us out with ticket purchases and his recommendation to eat at La Cicala (only 5 - Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome.   Martina's House was truly excellent. The location is great--right next to Villa Borghese, a huge park where you can run, walk, ride bicycles (for rent), and cool off in the summer (there are museums and a zoo as well).   We have spent in Morelli our honeymoon and everything was very nice! The location is very good! The room was comfortable, not noisy, cleaning was done every day! Breakfast was quite simple (served in our room), but it was no problem, cause there was a fridge in our room to keep our products. The hosts of the hotel ordered us a taxi to pick us from... vad folk säger » the airport and it was also very comfortable! (47Euro whereas ordinary price in taxiservice is from 48Euro). Don't forget to take a mini-kettle with - I love the cappuccino and croissant for breakfast. Do not miss those! The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer to Termini.

As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

  We stayed 4 nights. Had a lovely service from Daniele, who was making and delivering breakfast to the room, always with the smile. Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.
