The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.
