  A lovely hotel, with great service, comfortable rooms and a rooftop pool. The rooms are spacious, with a good repair, air conditioning and a great bathroom, a safe. The hotel has a lovely wi-fi. Wonderful beach against th - Excellent hotel, very good location for a quiet vacation. A little bit far away from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but beach in front of the hotel is much better than in the center. Special thank to owners of the hotel - great family, lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel room was very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, it should be mentioned homemade pastries and good coffee. It is the best hotel in Anzio. I am highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

  Excellent location. My colleagues and I have been using it as the "base camp" for our after work walks, as most of Rome's interesting places are at arms length, more so if you enjoy a walk after a long work day. My room (#8) was ample and fitted with a nicely recently refurbished bathroom. Excellent shower, although hot water can be a bit slow to ... vad folk säger » start. The room ceiling is really beautiful and the views from the window overlooking a goo part of Trastevere are really nice. It is also well connec - The location of the facility is perfect. Walking distance to most of the sights. A tram station and bus station is right in front of the building. Across the street are all the restaurants, bars and shops of Trastevere. You don't feel like a tourist, but living like the current Romans do. The building is actually an apartment building. The room was rather big for the center of Rome and newly renovated. There is a 'café' right next door that serves Italian breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot an

  Room was great!! Cozy, Clean with good facility We have request for early Check-in and room with balcony. Eventhough they cannot promised us, they have arranged the best they can. They can allow us for early check-in but since room with balcony is really full, they offer us room with inside garden view instead which is great also!!   Great Location to start your trip visiting the Coliseum and the rest of Rome. Coliseum is only 15 mins by foot. Staff is extreamly warm and helpful giving me the map and recommending me where to eat, places to visit etc. Hotel is in a old building which makes u feel like u are actually living in someone’s house rather than in a hotel. Would definately stay here again when i’m in Rome. - Location is really great, close to metro stations but for example Colosseum is only a 10 mins walk, the area is friendly so it is also worth walking. The building has recently been renovated, rooms are nice and look like on the pics. Special thanks to the host Gianluca who speaks English perfectly and provided lots of useful information, recommended cool restos and bars to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our being there.

  Three reason I like this hotel because the rate, location and facilities are excellent and clean. Only one block from the termini station easy to travel to any locations you want to visit. Free internet access and don't forget your all in one adapter.
