  Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen. Jag ringde ner till receptionen och det gick inte mer än 3 minuter så kom någon och hjälpte oss med att öppna flaskan.) Personalen arbetade med ett leende och sen servicevilja mestadels. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Besides with own key you may return f... vad folk säger » reely as late as you like. - Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

  staff very nice try to help if needed - The major point to stress for this hotel is that it is very quiet-unusual for a big city. We were not even woken up early by traffic. The view over a garden was magnificent.   Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture.
