The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.
We had young children with us so the vending machines, hot water and play area was very convenient and useful. Their 24 hr lounge area was really clean and provided a large space for the kids to run around, for our large group to sit and relax and stay out

The Tranquility, quiet, and Wireless Internet - The staff was wonderful! Andreia, from the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. She arranged to have a ride pick us up from the train station. The service at the restaurant was also very good. Our hotel room had a beautiful view and comfortable bed.

Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children. Pool was quiet during our stay, mostly only us there. Easy and cheap to go to Rome. -

The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. We got city map, explanation, every useful information. The room was always clean. The kitchen was with full of equipment for a home made meal. And there were tea, coffe, cereal

Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water. The breakfast is very good with good selection and fresh pastries, eggs and juice. -
