  Mrs. Elza was so nice to us at check-in! She allowed us to check in early, at 10:00 and have us a handy map of the city, as well as tips. She also helped us to get a taxi to the airport at check-out. She was very helpful, friendly and sweet. The room was very spacious for European standards. It was very clean too.   Staff were really nice and location is excellent. Easily accesable by car with free parking if you are lucky enough to find a spot in the street. Was clean and had a pleasant stay. Some great restaurants in the streets surrounding. Overall a great experience. - The host, and morning breakfast person.   The room was clean in the annex and the location fabulous. The size of the room was quite amazing for Roma in addioon to have full beds very comfortable. - helpful staff, spacious triple room, short walk to the vatican .Nice spacious room

  Luftkonditioneringen pågrund av värmen - Madison Hotel har ett mycket bra läge precis intill Termini Stazione i centrala Rom. Rummet var rymligt och fräscht med AC, även badrummet var fräscht och i gott skick. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående och receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt.   The front desk staff was very efficient in answering my questions and special requests. I was without a car, and they provided me with access to the hotel shuttle to meet the train and attend my local meetings. The restaurant food and service was excellent. The restaurant staff was very professional and efficient.

  Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. You can see the Roman Colosseum from the window of the Michelangelo Room. The breakfast was included and the staff and food downstairs were fantastic.
