Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

I spent only one night in Italy, so we were in need of nice and clean place to sleep. We had a car, so it wasn't a problem for us to visit Rome. I liked everything about the hotel: room, bed, towels, etc. Shower wall made from glass - just take it into consideration. -

helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation

Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The
place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The
room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom
very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we
got under the rain and came soaking wet. There is a seif and small
frige.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights.
Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay.
The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries!
Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no
lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or
the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab
little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If
we ever return to Rome

The villa is very nice and the rooms (we had a room with sea view) are great. The staff and especially the owner were always friendly and helpful and shared a lot of good tips on where to go on Ponza and what to do
