  We stayed at this B&B in October for four nights. The owner Barbara and her mother Angela are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us. Our room was very large with specious bathroom. Kitchen was always clean and well stocked with food. B&B is located near the Metro and train station.   Easy to locate at 1am in the morning! Staff were friendly and very helpful Proximity to Bracciano Castle, which wasn't the reason for staying there but it was a good detour the following morning - the staff was friendly, the breakfast was simple but nice and they have soy milk (I don't drink regular milk).   We urgently needed a place to stay in Ostia, but unfortunately there was a Harley-Davidson festival on our targeted dates (June, 2013), so finding a good accommodation seemed impossible. Eventually Stella Maris had popped up out of the blue, so I booked it, it was kind of a take-it or leave-it situation. I couldn't have decided better. They were flexible on check-ins and check-outs; prior to our arriv - Me and my friend spent 6 nights in the Stella Maris and we're really in love with this place. Everything was great: nice cozy rooms, very clean ones as well as the bathroom. The breakfast would satisfy any taste, I suppose. An excellent location let you enjoy your days while lying on the beach and at the same time you can easily reach the center of Rome.   Arrived in Viterbo and Matteo met us within 10 minutes. He was very friendly and spoke very good English. The rooms are clean with a full bath. The b&b was a little hard to find but we asked a local man and he was very kind in showing us the way. You can unload your car in front but because of the narrow streets you can't park on the street ... vad folk säger » near the b&b but Matteo was very helpful in showing us where to park. The old town is a very special place and this b&b is conveniently locate - Matteo is the proprieter's son. He speaks English very well and was quite friendly. He helped us with everything we needed to get settled in the Medeival section of town. From parking the car - which was a little challenging due to the narrow streets, through finding our way around town. The property was immaculately clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast we were served was proscutto and other cured meats (made by his extended family's business-excellent), pastry, bread and coffee -
