The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a
few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens.
Landlord was friendly and helpful and the rooms are new comfy and clean.
The neighborhood is very charming, pleasant and silent in the evening,

The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.

1. Hospitality - Massimo was amaising! We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host!

The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others.
