Close to beaches that you can reach by foot but note that restaurants and 'night life' (bar, pub...) are all located in Lipari center (easily reachable by bis).   Our trip to Zagara Hotel was lovely, the staff very friendly , the position of the Hotel was wonderful, the view of the sea was perfect...5 mins walk to Canneto beach...very clean & safe....not too busy also. - Comfy rooms !

The lounge was a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the ocean... although drinks buffet a bit pricey (good food though).   Staff were very helpful and did not hesitate at Calling several times on our behalf to arrange activiteis for us. Different evening events was arranged as a big plus. Restaurant that was recommended to us was great. Good prices for the room, and the location is great, but the Island is small so access is never an issue.
