  We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. - Great staff, beautiful grounds.

  The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay a very pleasant one. We would love to return to Lipari one day and would definitely stay here again.   From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained. The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good. The hotel has a nice SPA. You really get the feeling they want to do ... vad folk säger » everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a free shuttle into town like every 45 min Overall a very pleasant stay. Would reco - The location and view are exceptional.
