  The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. We left our car on the safe parking sport and took a bus to Venice, which was extremely convenient. Accommodation was clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace.

  The convenience of being off the island of Venice, yet being able to reach it so easily. We were even able to store our luggage the following day so that we could visit Venice prior to boarding the cruise line.. - very clean, the sheets was changed everyday, We have stayed in other top hotels, and this is one of the cleanest ones yet.   Well maintained apartment with a friendly staff-they even walked us to the bus stop and where to get the bus tickets. Priced very reasonable for access to Venice. Secured parking was a big bonus since we had heard of car break-ins. - We felt this was a great location and price for our family to see Venice.
