  the staff were fantastic and very informative. the building and appartments were really clean and very spacious. we had the most amazing meal at the restuarant next door and it was very budget friendly. - The staff was very kind, the apartment was very clean, everything was almost new. The hotel is located very close to the train station (2 minutes walk) and therefore is suitable for travellers seeking to visit Venezia. And, by the way, the hotel do look like the pictures in this website (not like one of the other reviewers suggested). Staff was very nice and attentive. The BD Couple :-)

  We were a family of 5 with a mini-van. We chose this hotel because of the free parking and easy access to Venice via public transportation. The bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. We bought our bus and vaporetto tickets for Venice at the hotel reception. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfort... vad folk säger » able.   Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service.   The convenience of being off the island of Venice, yet being able to reach it so easily.   It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.
