We stayed here on the last day of a two week trip through the Marche
area of Italy, returning home from Venice. So, we wanted to stay close
to the airport and did not plan to visit Venice itself. (Although for
visitors planning to go into Venice, Massimo takes care to transport his

Massimo, Christian, and Mama Laura were amazing hosts!! From the minute
that Christian picked us up at the ship until he dropped us off at the
airport, we were treated like their most important guests. Every day
they made certain that were were transported into Venice and back to
their Villa with hints on what to see for the day. The private Villa
itself is out of a fairy tale, set in a beautiful courtyard with gardens
and a security gate. The room was a suite with a very large living area,

The room and bathroom were very big with ultra modern design. The hotel is located very close to the train station (2 minutes walk) and therefore is suitable for travellers seeking to visit Venezia. And, by the way, the hotel do look like the pictures in this website (not like one of the other reviewers suggested). Staff was very nice and attentive. The BD Couple :-)

We were a family of 5 with a mini-van. We chose this hotel because of
the free parking and easy access to Venice via public transportation.
The bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were very kind and
extremely helpful. We bought our bus and vaporetto tickets for Venice at

We've spent only one night in the hotel as we had a short weekend in Venice and needed a place to rest our bones before we started another day of venture. The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Staff are very helpful/ friendly and I suggest this

in the area. We left our car on the safe parking sport and took a bus to
Venice, which was extremely convenient. Accommodation was clean and

Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport
for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a
hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next
morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked

The hotel correct address is Via Terraglio 15, Maestre as the coordinates or the address provided under Important information from letsbookhotel.com (Via Terraglio 94, Venezia) are incorrect. Otherwise the hotel is modern, room is very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The bus stop to go to Venice is very close. If you are driving you can park across the street from the railway station from where you can take the train to St. Lucia station in Venice, this way you do not depe

This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!
