We stayed in this hotel for one night as an alternative to staying in the much more expensive Venice. The hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Mestre station from which the trains into Venice are regular and only about 1.5 euros each way. The hotel is less than ten minutes from Mestre train station (a 45-60 minute coach trip from Treviso airport). Trains to Venice go every 15 minutes and cost 1 Euro. The hotel is light and airy and the rooms a good size with high ceilings. Ours was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room and bathroom were very big with ultra modern design. The hotel is located very close to the train station (2 minutes walk) and therefore is suitable for travellers seeking to visit Venezia. The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Staff are very helpful/ friendly and I suggest this

The hotel correct address is Via Terraglio 15, Maestre as the coordinates or the address provided under Important information from letsbookhotel.com (Via Terraglio 94, Venezia) are incorrect. It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.
