  Everything, excellent services. Highly recommended. Excellent rich breakfast, towels and laundry changed daily, staff very polite and they speak at least 2 foreign languages (English and French). - Great breakfast for a European hotel.   We stayed in this hotel for one night as an alternative to staying in the much more expensive Venice. The hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Mestre station from which the trains into Venice are regular and only about 1.5 euros each way. The room was a decent size and clean, as was the bathroom. However during in our stay we heard some ... vad folk säger » kind of rodent scratching away in one of the pipes above the shower however this did not interfere in our trip nor did we see any in our room. There i - The hotel is less than ten minutes from Mestre train station (a 45-60 minute coach trip from Treviso airport). Trains to Venice go every 15 minutes and cost 1 Euro. The hotel is light and airy and the rooms a good size with high ceilings. Ours was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.   Air conditioned ! The staff were very pleasant and helpful !. Ease of getting to Venice! The bus stop right out side the door was very convenient for getting into Venice and back late at night (though getting home was a little tricky as the return bus to the Hotel from the station in Mestra was a little ways up the street from where the one from V... vad folk säger » enice let us off. And only runs once an hour. Private, safe Parking! Having the breakfast included was great as there are no other restaurants nearby! - The hotel is new, with excellent facilities, very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they will explain how to get to Venice or wherever you want to go, they can check the timetable for you, you can buy bus tickets at the reception. Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty. We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

  Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes. Buses are running all night long and the great hotel staff gives all the indications to make your stay in Venice wonderful. The rooms are very big and the bed is very comfortable.   Vi har bott där tidigare och varit nöjda. Utmärkta förbindelser med Venedig och flygplatserna Treviso och Marco Polo - It's very good positioned - the bus station is at 50 m, can take to Venice in max. 15 minutes. Also is close to a shopping area and restaurants area - cheaper than in Venice but great cusine! Clean and comfortable, I enjoyed my st... vad folk säger » ay very much. It was just what a young couple on a budget needs. We spent our money on museums and murano glass, not on expensive accomodation. :) - The hotel was great! The staff took us in without trouble even after arriving at 3 a.m. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Venice by bus. Free private parking for the hotel is also a great plus. Remember, this is Italy, so don't expect all the customs to be the same as in other countries. Overall, I highly suggest this hotel.
