  We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were bicycles available to each person at all times. The breakfasts were outstanding! The staff gave good recommendations for area restaurants and activities. - Free bike use. Staff couldn't do enough for my fam... vad folk säger » ily and I. Location outside the city walls but with use of bikes and walking Lucca readily accessible. We arrived late and they booked a locals restaurant around the corner which was good value.

  Hotellets läge + möjlighet att parkera - Everything! This is our fourth stay at Palazzo Alexander and it is my favorite place to stay in Italy.   Attentive staff- attractive rooms and centrally located - Central location in Lucca, very close to the Amphitheatre. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. We had a four bedroom split apartment. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and great views across the rooftops and La Torre Delle Ore.

  The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed use to keep our room as we had a late flight and also provided us with a free calendar and ceramic plaque of Lucca. - The staff are always extra friendly, and give me a warm welcome.
