We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of
the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were
bicycles available to each person at all times. The breakfasts were
outstanding! The staff gave good recommendations for area restaurants
and activities. -

Everything! This is our fourth stay at Palazzo Alexander and it is my favorite place to stay in Italy. The staff are very warm and helpful, the decor is beautiful, the location inside the walled city is perfect and it is the best value for the money that we have experienced after living in Italy for 3 years. - We loved everything about this hotel -

Attentive staff- attractive rooms and centrally located - Central location in Lucca, very close to the Amphitheatre. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. We had a four bedroom split apartment. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and great views across the rooftops and La Torre Delle Ore.

They allowed use to keep our room as we had a late flight and also provided us with a free calendar and ceramic plaque of Lucca. - The staff are always extra friendly, and give me a warm welcome. Also the variety of foods at the breakfast was excellent including boiled eggs and cold meats and cheese,

Nice hotel, close to the old part of the city, the hotel has bikes for rent, so you can go to the old part of the city without any problems! We enjoyed the little spa as well.
