  The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

  Our hosts Fabio and his family were very kind and excellent hosts after we moved to their B&B from the hotel we had originally booked, which was awful. Our room was lovely, bright and very confortable and we could pretty much walk anywhere we Needed to.   The Plazzo Alabardieri was a real find! It is in a great location within easy walking distance for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and bars. It is also in a very safe location. Hotel itself is a boutique hotel which is very elegant and peaceful. Room and bathroom facilities were good. Breakfast had an excellent choice and very good quality.   The (2!) roof-terraces were fantastic. Great heating, well sorted kitchen. Very friendly welcome from Fabio. Fantastic safe yet central location, really cool and atmospheric building. Really nice to let us store our bags after we had checked out. Flat layout (big bedroom with bed & sofabed at centre of flat joined to big kitchen, with doors to... vad folk säger » loo and small bunk bed room), worked well for our family. - Place is perfect, right in the centre of city. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. Old beautiful building. Very kind helpful and responsive personnel (Marta) and owner (Fabio). Excellent but not expensive place to stay for several days for two adults and two kids to visit all sightseeings in Napoli. Very recommended!

Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine. It is a very modern and "conceptual" kind of environment, going sometimes for appearance at the expense of practicality.   The staff at Santa Lucia 50 were amazingly welcoming and consistently friendly. I had never met staff so keen to satisfy any need or issue we may have had. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and provided us with a kitchenette and utensils to cater for our small group (which we found to be very unusual and convenient in typical Italian hot... vad folk säger » els). There was also minimal noise from other rooms or street level. We would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful three nights at Santa Lucia. - The staff is so friendly, was a very warm welcome. The rooms are neat and tidy. The location is just perfect. Really this is a good value for your money. The B&B is nearby the coast and the city centre. They don't serve breakfast, but there is a supermarket across the street en a little refridgerator in the room. Seriously a great B&B with a great location that makes it very easy to see all of Naples.
