Arrival is surprising as there is no sign of a hotel from the street. Private entrance, rooms situated on 2nd floor makes it nicely private and cosy and original. Rooms in design style, very comfortable, spacious, clean. Team very nice, relaxed and helpful.

Service is great, hotel workers are very friendly and provide us many useful info. Location is perfect, we got the room toward to the sea-side with balcony. Absolutely everything!! The hotel is so bright and crisp. The bathroom

In 2 weeks traveling around Italy, this is the best, without a doubt.
The staff could not be faulted, rooms were modern and very clean,
breakfast was the best continental buffet, and for the older part of the
city, location was great. For further afield, a short walk to the Metro.
Wins on all aspects of a great stay. Make sure you have an address in
Italian, because it is a little hard to find 1'st time.

Located at the 2nd floor of an old palace 100m from incredible Toledo subway station. Piazza Plebiscito, the Harbour, Spaccanapoli..all just 5 min walk. Right at the border of Spanish quarter with its famous little restaurants.
Hotel is very clean (just opened) run as a family business. Enjoy a look down colorful Via Toledo from the small balcony at reception. Ideal for business and for tourism.
