  We spent four nights in this very comfortable and clean B&B. We took a taxi from the airport and had no problem locating it. Since this is a B&B on the fourth floor of a normal building complex, don't look for a big sign advertising its location. We rang the buzzer on the door and went up a small elevator with just enough room for three people (that seems - This B&B is located in a quite and prestigious city area not fars away from the famous Villa Borgese that is a gift especially for summer travellers. The rooms are spacious and tastly decorated. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We felt like home there. Breakfast is served in the cafe on the ground floor, you can enjoy eating at the terrace outside of the building when weather conditions are nice.   I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite bathroom and very, very clean!   We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

When we arriwed the check-in they told us that they had booked a room for us in that hotel that the check-in was in, Hotel Giotto Flavia, because the room in Collina Suites was much smaller.
