  We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery).   We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite bathroom and very, very clean!
