  The room was splendid and very nice furnished. We felt like two royalties. Our host was friendly and nice, she spoke English and explained us easily how to get to the main points.The hotel was near to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. - Very nice and cosy small hotel in Venezian style, small but very nice room and bathroom. Great position, very close... vad folk säger » to Pizazza San Marco, but not in the crowded area. The room was very clean, the hotel owner really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. There is also very good 'osteria' in front of the hotel were you can find real Italian food.

  This apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Is 5 min walk from Waterbus station S. Angelo and around 10min walk from Piazza San Marco. The nearest restaurant with delicious pizza is 2 min. walk  The apartment was for 4 pers, but is good enough for 6 as well. You go through the lovely corridor to the kitchen with table, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and sofa (2 pers can - We have really enjoyed our stay at Ca'Sant'Angelo. The location is perfect for starting by and coming back from a visiting day by feet, the vaporetto and the schuttle station to the airport are on the corner. The apartment was very clean, with a high ceiling, a view to the sant'angelo square which is very quiet at night. It was equiped with wasching machine, towels enougth, iron, etc. The staff was absolutely available, flexible and very nice. I am used to travel all year long therefore I can

  The fact that was a residence. How often can you stay in a Venetian home? Carpets were a bit rundown and the lighting could be perkier but overall the stay was fab. There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient.   We arrived in the wrong place (San Luca Hotel)....but the owner called and the person from San Luca BB came to meet us and escort us to the B&B (really kind and above the level of what is required). As we arrived early in the morning, I wrote and they said they would be happy to even have us check in early. At the B&B we were offered coffe... vad folk säger » e and croissants while they prepared the room. Overall the service was great. The location is central and ideal. There is an Punto Simply (grocery) on - Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.
