Met as arranged at Rialto Water bus stop.We stayed at a one bedroom apartment near Rialto bridge (can sleep 2 more on comfy sofa bed). Apartment had 2 bathrooms and a luggage storage area as well as fully equiped kitchen, with tea/coffe,milk and snacks.

Perfekt läge. Perfekt service. - The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.

Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was really kind and attentive. We really had a very good time here.

The staff were always tentative, but equally discreet. We couldn't have hoped for a better accommodation to accentuate the entire Venice experience. - All the hotel staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast which was included in the rate was first class.

We really loved the location in relation to St Marks Square. Also, the wonderful decor and the availability of cooking facilities made this a great stay.
