This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment
building right across the street from Termini train/metro station.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in
the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was

Allt var mycket bra och man får verkligen värde för pengarna. Ett bra beläget boende som är fräscht med trevlig personlig personal. - Suveränt läge. Synnerligen servicesinnad och trevlig personal (Erland). Valde hotellet på rekommendation av vår dotter och har själv rekommenderat det till vänner som ska till Rom.

blocks. Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended

Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome
much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places
to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The
room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home”
in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the
Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside
the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next

It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -
