close to termini, clean rooms, bar fridge, comfy bed, excellent breaky even if it was the same each day! lovely helpful staff, air-con. i stayed again after my first visit and would anytime again! - It's very easy to find and it is very close to the train station.

This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment
building right across the street from Termini train/metro station.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in
the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was
spacious and nice as well.

The owners were excellent. Extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were nicely styled and very comfortable. Would Definately recommend!

the staff were amazingly helpful!! and it was literally a 5minute walk to the colloseum and all major site of interest!! we walked the whole time we were in rome and nothing was to much for the staff. we were lent books for reading and were advised to see other parts of rome that were not conventional but extremely beautiful, we were so glad that w

The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome
much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places
to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The
room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home”
in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the
Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside
the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next

Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the
time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We
