  Everything, especially location, quality of room, clean, hotel staff - The hotel had a luxorious but homely feel to it. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were large and the breakfast was adequate--served in a restaurant located next door. - The location is wonderful as we enjoyed the surrounding cafe's, indoor market, and outdoor market. Florence is a beautiful city for walking and the hotel is in a perfect location. The young man (Lori?) that greeted us was an absolute joy to talk with and he instantly made us familiar with Florence and the highlights.

  We loved it for its excellent service and brand new facility. They waited for us to check in, without being asked they handed us a city map and guided us to all interesting sites. Breakfast was served in the room, simple croissant & cake and orange juice & coffee & milk, but delicious. Room was nicely designed that we loved, and large ... vad folk säger » too. Window view was nice. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway - I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.
