Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.

I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.

I like this residence. they prepare everything. Neat and tidy, comfort and warm. The staff, Mr. Luca who can be trusted and give you much support and he is also 24-hours online. The place is really beautiful (the building as well as the rooms) and the best value for money of any place that we stayed in in Italy. Great location +-5 min walk to Ponte Vecchio and a few metres from the Arno River. Free use of washing machine available. It would be hard to find a better place than this without spending considerably more. I would stay here again.
