  Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great.   People have complaints about the reception speaking English. We had no trouble communicating with the staff, even given our limited Italian.   This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us out - We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere » which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed (sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of furniture is in grea
