Parkeren was gratis. ongelooflijk, want het hotel is midden in het centrum. en het is letterlijk 20m van Santa Croce, dus echt midden in het centrum. het hotel eigenaar deed ook werkelijk alles om het je naar de zin te maken, werkelijk een uitstekend hotel voor 2-3 dagen Florence. - zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk

Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem
with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same
bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the
center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great. WiFi is
working perfectly. -

trouble communicating with the staff, even given our limited Italian.

We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere »
which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is
perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed
(sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to
fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be
limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it
would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of
