  Perfekt läge i relation till kommunikationer. Trots läget invid Pizzale Roma lugnt och bra. Ombonad miljö. Utmärkt frukostbuffé. - The staff was extrememly helpful. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. We called up to the hotel and they asked whether we wanted to cancel our booking. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. Our room was clean and tidy with a well equipped bathroom (powerful, warm shower). The hotel is ideally located near the Plz. Roma for those arriving by bus from the airport. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.
