  The breakfast was great!!!, the people were very nice and it is located near the touristic places in Venecia. - We like the location , hotel premises, the concerge assistance, hotel food and price and the room itself was good ( ground floor for 4 persons)

  If you are looking for a charming but not luxurious place to sleep out of the high traffic district of Venice, this hotel fits your needs. Our room on the top floor overlooked a quite scenic canal. There was no lift so we had to climb a couple flights of stairs. It is a convenient base for experiencing Venice. The staff speaks enough English ... vad folk säger » to make check in and getting directions very easy. Wi-Fi worked great in the common area (up one flight of stairs from the check in desk and restaura - The hotel has a very nice location by the water and in a quite area.
