The location was more than excellent! It was very easy to find even for those who don't know Venice. It was very near to the main square and to the "vaporetto" stations. No more than 5 minutes on foot. Especially the staff was too helpful and polite. They were excellent. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The stairs were funny. In a few w

The place is easy to find and easy to go to everywhere.
The single room is big enough for one person and is clean. They make it clean everyday.
Even though it is shared bathroom I found it not very busily used so I don't have to wait for long. But you need bring your own shampoo and showering gel.

It's nice that it is close to st mark's square. Breakfast was good. Josie in the breakfast room was very nice and attentive to our needs. The front desk clerks were very helpful. Rooms were clean. I will stay here again.

Casa Petrarca was a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Venezia! The location is hard to beat in my opinion, less that 5 minutes to Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes to the Rialto bridge. The room was small but very comfortable and clean, though next time we would probably opt for a room with a ensuite bathroom. Cheap for Venice but still well over 100 euros per night. Cean
comfortable and with lovely garden giving friendly homely feel. In a
quieter part of Venice which is a huge plus after battling through the
crowds around Rialto and St Marks square. Still only a few minutes walk
from centre so why pay more for a slightly more central location?
Receptionist didn't speak English but extremely helpful, friendly
and polite. Breakfast in garden was not the most generous but in a
delightful setting.

Very comfortable beds with lights that don't disturb others. Quite cheap, good breakfast for additional price.
It was a half-populated 16 person dorm, but it was comfortable to stay there.
It is on a separate island from the city center, but public transport is working all the night so it's not a problem.

Location was excellent . Our room had a canal view which was unique. Noisy if windows open but new windows shut out the noise. Very clean and looked like the picture. Location within Venice was great, less than 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge.
Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in
Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no
issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the
room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at
night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more
than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy
back

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find.
