  it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)

  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless. However, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly. - The room was quite big and very nicely decorated with a magnificent viewon the Arno river.
