  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help. Very clean and comfortable apartment in excellent and accessible surroundings. Good value for money.

  First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.   The location is excellent, we lived in a spacious room with window facing the street, but it is very quiet during night. We can spot Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore from our window. We had a very good sleep. We are really glad to recommend it! P.S. The city map the owner gave us was very useful (more so than the map attached to our XXX guide boo... vad folk säger » k, which is so general and inaccurate, maybe it is just about the planet as its name may indicate... ) - A LOVELY B&B situated right downtown. Located 3 minutes from the Duomo and 2 minutes from the Galleria Accademia, it's the perfect place to stay in Firenze. Despite it's centrality, the rooms face the inner courtyard and is very quiet. Federico, the host is extremely helpful, considerate and kind. I'm coming back in September and will be staying here again!

  We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Communal areas were pristine. Located on a peaceful street only about 5mins city centre. We had air con, slippers, toiletries, and a little kitchenette... vad folk säger » . We are going back soon. Thanks - What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.

  We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra. The location is great, a quiet street but in the centre, very thick walls so ... vad folk säger » you dont hear your neighbours. The landlady is very hospitable, and helpful. The wi-fi works very well, all the facilities work properly. We liked sta - The apartment was in a beautiful 16th century building. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

  Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. Buffet breakfast was simple and very nice. Room was clean and facilities were more than we required (internet etc). We will be recommending to our friends. - The size of both the bedroom and bathroom and the charm of this historic building. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.
