  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation.   First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.   We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask.
