Were able to sleep 5 in one room for the night, very affordable, in the
heart of the city, and easy enough to get to from the airport via the
Alilaguna water service. We did have to haul all our cruise luggage
through the streets from the stop, and over 2 canals, but was worth it
in the end for the location. The room was comfortable for 1-3 nights

The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5min walk to St Mark's
Cathedral, and on a very fancy street with many brands' stores. The
staff was very friendly (thanks to Reymond). The hotel by mistake charge
our money before we go, but as an apologize they offered us a free
champagne and cookies, which we appreciated. The room size was enough
for us, and the bathroom was completely renewed. On the breakfast they
serve cheese, ham, fruits,.. Was quite nice but we adored the pie with
spinach. For

the location of this hotel is not difficult to find, and it is near to the water bus stop, so it is very convienent. And with about 15mins walk we can reach Piazza S. Marco and a few mins to Rialto. Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.
