knowledgeable, professional and helpful.From the reservation day, they
requested if they could be of any help for the transfer &
proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice. They made
restaurant reservations for us on both nights, the places were excellent

spontaneously brought a birthday cake to our breakfast table, which was
a nice personal touch.The hote -
I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time.
-the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes
- the location was excellent
- that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of their town so they could tell us the best places to go. We had dinner 1 night in the hotel dining room and it ws one of the best meals we had on our trip. Our stay was totally enjoyable. - One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in, anywhere.
