  We arrive in Genoa to find out there would be a train strike on the day we were to leave. We had booked 2 nights at the hotel. We explained to the lovely young lady about our predicament and that we wanted to only stay one night as we did not want to get caught up in the train strike. She rang bookings.com to find out for us if stayed one night... vad folk säger » that we would be charged for one night and not two nights. She came back to us to advise that this could be the case.   Personalen var mycket tjänstvillig oxh vänlig - Låg bra till för os nära tågstationen och nära alla sevärdheter. Vi fick en karta på hotellet med en promenadväg som man kunde besöka alla sevärdheter. Mycke bra! En trevlig frukostbuffe med med bra personal.

  The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there. It is a good comfortable hotel with pleasant staff, a good buffet breakfast and no negative features I cannot comment on the city as this hotel was used purely as an overnight stopover.

  Was a nice small hotel with an Italian flair. Different from what one would expect from the us, but that is what made it neat. Staff very accommodating and while they gave me a break on WiFi, it would have been nice if it were included. Ten Euro's apiece for a continental breakfast was really pricey when you could get a couple of croissants and to... vad folk säger » coffees for four or five Euro's at any of the little eateries along the street. All said and done, was a nice stay and would stay there again. - Staff could speak English well and customer service was great. The girl on the counter explained a great walking tour and marked up a map in detail. I did not get lost!!!! Location was fantastic. Because it is so close to GenoaPiazza I did my research on google maps and found the place easily from the station. Easy walk to all the city sights including the main piazza.
