  Basically everything. The hotel is well decorated in an Italian style. Great location with many highstreet stores around and an McDonald's right across the street. It's very close to the bus and metro station and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Nice facilities. My room came with an external private bathroom, which gave me a feel... vad folk säger » ing of living at home. And the price is cheaper than I expected. Very helpful and friendly staff. At breakfast the owner even made the tea for me alth - It is a kind of family run hotel. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel as at home. Vito give you all sort of suggestions for things to visit, what to do and where to go. I stayed in a room with private bathroom; the room was big, confortable and clean with very good wifi connection. The location is excellent, just one block form Piazza di Ferrari, near de Porto Antico and the old town. The train station (G. Brignole) is just 10 min walk where you can reach Camogli, S. Margherita Ligur

  Over the last 15 years we have traveled extensively throughout Italy and stayed in many lovely and accommodating B&Bs. QuartoPiano is among those at the top of our list. I doubt one can find better lodging in Genova or a more welcoming host than Emiliana and her family. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean, spacious and cozy. Additionally this gem is located in a lovely private p - The B&B being on the top floor of a former palace in the heart of old Genoa is the perfect location for a city break. It's close to everything including the train station. Emi, who runs the B&B was a perfect host and a font of local knowledge from train times to restaurants. The rooms are very stylish, well equipped and quiet. The whole b&b including the wonderful roof terrace and hot tub is subtle, stylish and very comfortable. I will be returning for sure.
