The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

The hotel is located a block to the right as you exit the train station. Look for the sign; if you see it, it is not on the hotel but points the way. The staff were very friendly,spoke English very well and ensured we were comfortable. The rooms are neat and the hotel is well maintained. The location is ideal as its is across the road from the main train, bus and taxi stations which makes travelling very easy, so car hire is not necessary. It is also very close to Via XX Septembre and other main shopping areas which makes the hotel ideal for accessibility.

The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there.

This hotel is an excellent choice for travellers needing accommodation in the proximity of the Main Railway station.
It is a good comfortable hotel with pleasant staff, a good buffet breakfast and no negative features
I cannot comment on the city as this hotel was used purely as an overnight stopover.

Was a nice small hotel with an Italian flair. Different from what one
would expect from the us, but that is what made it neat. Staff very
accommodating and while they gave me a break on WiFi, it would have been

Staff could speak English well and customer service was great. The girl on the counter explained a great walking tour and marked up a map in detail. I did not get lost!!!!
Location was fantastic. Because it is so close to GenoaPiazza I did my research on google maps and found the place easily from the station.
Easy walk to all the city sights including the main piazza.

Excellent Location - Easy to find, good central location. The Hotel Staff were very proficient. Room and bathroom ( showers rather smallish ) was large by comparison to others in Italy
