  - Localization is ideal to discover Roma (close to metro station) - Rooms are clean and usefull, it is a perfect place to visit Roma, spend night and have a typical breakfast but if you are looking for a romantic or luxuary room it is not the place to be - The host was perfect : every morning, he brings us fresh pasteries and prepares the coffee (... vad folk säger » or something else), he gave us a city map and explain where are the main places of interest - we were free to leave and enter when we wished (key pass - -Excellent quality/price ratio. -Extremely friendly personnel always trying to meet your needs. -Very nice position only two three blocks away from termini station where you will find shops and restaurants open 24h/24 and where almost every bus starts or stops. -At most 50 meters away from a metro stop

  Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants. The staff were very lovely and made the effort to speak to us every day. The breakfast was amazing! A table full of fresh fruit, fresh juice, pastries and bre... vad folk säger » ad each day. We would come out of our room to it all set out for us - no impersonal buffet. We stayed on the 6th floor (reached by an authentic elevat - Great B&B, good location as most attractions reachable by foot, no noise, many restaurants close by. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)

  Very convenient to Rome Termini train station, an easy walk of about 3 blocks. Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. Deluxe continental breakfast was ample and tasty. We were very pleased wi - Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

  The location was fantastic. Just a 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and the city bus stops right in front of the door. There is a grocery shop opposite the hostel and a few places to have a good meal. The room was located on the 5th floor. Thus we enjoyed the peace and quiet during our stay. Although the room came with shared bathroom... vad folk säger » , only 2 rooms in the units shared the bathroom. Thus it is almost like your personal toilet. In addition, the bathroom is also very clean. Overall, - excellent combination of price and quality. it's not like the hotel in the classic sense. rather, bed and Breakfast. the hotel offers three rooms for guests. the hostess, an elderly Italian, lives there. speaks only Italian, English communicates her son.

  Very kind people near metro open mind to help you room absolutly perfect breakfast also i want to return at this place when i will be again in Roma - whitout hesitation - Thanks so much for all - It was very cosey and the staff was super friendly. I definetly recommend this b&b for anyone whi want's to visit Rome.
